Having had hands on experience with two B4s, the interface is noticeably more laggy, both while adjusting settings in menus and using the built in apps, due to a lower end processor. It lags more than my 2 year old C2. Granted once you get your settings the way you like them, and if you use a device like an Apple TV 4K, Roku or Fire Stick, those things aren't a big issue. The bigger issue is the B4 doesn't have Dolby Precision Detail for Dolby Vision content, which is also because of that processor. Precision Detail is a setting only available on the Cinema Home and Vivid (don't use vivid) presets, that noticeably increases the brightness and detail of Dolby Vision content even further. Even the C2 has that feature. The B4 is also a few hundred nits dimmer. If none of that stuff matters to you, the B4 still has the same great color and image. It just has those drawbacks.

They share the same processor but not brightness booster.
Content transfer plays a major role with all this as does the calibration.
Here is a comparison.

That's a big debate, often brought up is Samsung is the newer tech but doesn't support Dolby Vision.
From a side by side calibrated comparison.
For me the LG processes a more accurate picture, DV is just a plus.
The difference in minor & a preference.
Both are very good, can't go wrong with either.
