Anyone know the tricks to bypass the new customer process at Sams? I have had good success for years except now. I do delete my accounts off the app too but none of my old emails are working. They all say I am an existing client. When I try to retrieve my password, they say my email is not found. I even used different credit cards and apartment number in the address to no avail.

Just add something else to your cart and then apply the promo code at checkout. The promo code adds the free item to your cart, so you don't need to add it from the menu. If it says "promo not applied" even with a $5+ item in your cart, then that store may not accept the coupon.

Ah, thanks it worked but the damn kfc near my house never shows up on the app for some reason. It's it's taco bell / KFC combo so I guess they don't like online ordering
