(I can't believe I'm saying this but) This deal makes no sense with the 5060 coming in at the same price in a few weeks. Wait it out

Is this worth upgrading from a rtx 2080 ti?

One reason to buy it would be to use it as a 32bit Physx card for older games, since that got dropped this year.

While I strongly believe they'll get a 32bit interpreter going for the 5000 series or someone will hack it in, some people won't want to wait to play their old games.

No, especially since you can hack in FrameGen on the 2000 series with patches.

What I would do in your case is hang onto your 2080Ti and keep it alive for as long as possible to use for Physx alongside a 5000 series card.

If you haven't thought about performing any maintenance on it (thermal paste upgrade, swapping in new fans), now wouldn't be a bad time, especially since tariffs and removing the de minimis waiver is going to drive prices on parts up.

This isn't a deal in any reality.
