I could not disagree with this more. I can get it to play well on my steam deck and my 3080 ti desktop.
I have 7900xtx with just a 7600x ryzen 5, and my buddy has 2080 ti.we have the same issue. We couldn't play a decent singleplayer or head to head. I scour the internet for a good month to optimize the grahics. Nothing seems to have fix it. Even on the lowest settings it stutters and lag.

The game is supposedly pretty bad online, but offline play isn't so bad. I used the player lock feature to kinda do a half-arsed "my player mode" without the online fluff.
