You are going to use less than half gallon to go to Walmart roundtrip? That's $1.50
You have to park, walk inside, deal with the type of people that frequent a Walmart, walk through the store trying to find the item, check out, walk back to your car, and drive home
Or click pay and wait till it's delivered tomorrow, 9 cents for that kind of convenience? shoot door dash would be out of business

Sorry you live in an understocked area. Just like Amazon Prime, shipping and delivery will vary from how far the nearest warehouse has them in stock.
