What are people's thoughts on this TV?

It shows $349 for me, but price isn't available until I add it to my cart for local pick up.

I was about to pickup a Samsung one at Costcco, 65" for $349. Any reason I should avoid this LG one? I am showing $349 delivered to my tomorrow... free 5" more screen size plus not having to fight the costco crowd is tempting. It's for my folks for channel surfing. No movies, no game.

The TV model at Walmart is from 2022 and is discontinued. Newer models are slightly more expensive but come with a better processor. If you purchase from Costco, you also get the Magic Remote and a 3-year warranty.
