Your spraying chemical crap in your home
While we're being preachy, you're misusing the word your.
I much prefer smelling/breathing these chemicals to smelling certain odors. It's the lesser of two evils for me, but I am open-minded.

Offer your healthier alternatives, please. Be part of the solution. What do you use?
We have used matches, but they emit soot and are potentially more dangerous. Not fond of burning candles for sudden situations.

Or ... now stay with me here. Perhaps keep your home clean so you don't have all those greater of two evils smells wafting about. They are absolutely correct. You are inhaling chemicals. Not only that, you're knowingly doing it, and, not only that, you're paying to inhale chemical crap.

Healthier alternative: Keep your home clean so it doesn't stink. And if the stuff coming out of your body stinks that badly, you may want to check your diet and/or check in with your gastroenterologist.

That's so true, air fresheners or even air purifier isn't a substitute for clean home. vacuuming weekly, cleaning your stove top, and trash cans from time to time does make your home smell/feel good for real. For body odor, I would recommend taking chlorophyll, activated carbon, or limit anything that feeds bacterial growth in your body like sugar. Don't avoid meat to smell good since it is rich nutrition for overall health. It's a difficult game to play but it's worth it for sure.

The most popular for "certain odors" is Poo-Pourri which uses essential oils. You can also just spray it in the air as it diffuses nicely to give the room the scent of your spray. Not cheap, but you asked for healthier alternatives -- https://a.co/d/2TIGNDl
Buy the small spray bottle and then the large refill and keep using the spray bottle. -- more eco-friendly, less waste.

Yes. One tool we have, and use, is Poo-Pourri. Helps for the bathroom to some degree (not perfect). Will not help for litterbox or methane odors in bed, living room or elsewhere. Frown
