The answer: Roughly 3x-4x the net carbs. Sorry you guys don't understand the target market for quest products like these, but they aren't for macros or to maximize protein intake.

Of these three flavors, the double chocolate one is the least awful but they're all very bleh. For whatever it's worth, the last time I ordered my favorite flavor (chocolate chip cookie dough) from Amazon, every bar had chocolate chunks that dissolved/were powdery. Not an uncommon occurrence for this flavor if you read the reviews.
