Pretty good deal for a very usable drill. Always good to have a spare.

Brushless too. Home Depot has a 2-battery drill combo pack, but it is brushed and smaller batteries (1.2A) for $15 more. I think this is the better deal.

By "this" I hope you mean this brushless deal. I wouldn't recommend that brushed kit for anyone unless less than like $100...

Yes this one. Although brushed is probably OK for most home diyers, I don't disagree a brushless worth a small price increase, and will improve battery life.

That compares in that it includes a different drill, an additional tool, and two large batteries instead of one small battery. For a higher price. That is the comparison.

That is a lot better kit, 'MAX XR' is their highest end lineup. It is overkill for a DIYer. It also includes a hammer drill, which most DIYers won't need

If I was going to spend over $200 I would get this Ridgid kit:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGI.../331612752

It isn't brushless but for a DIYer it is pretty good. And you can sign up for LSA which is the best warranty/service agreement in the tool business

No problem. If you get the Ridgid set, make sure you sign up for LSA within 90 days and upload your receipt. And go back into your account after 2 weeks and make sure everything is marked "LSA". And then make sure you take a screenshot and keep for your records. LSA is amazing but their web site is buggy

I recently bought 2 Flex kits. Hammer drill, two 2.5 ah batteries and charger. $99.00 lifetime warranty (Amazon)
From Lowes Turbo hammer drill kit with one 5ah and one 2.5 ah battery and charger w/lifetime warranty $129.00
Both kits came with a couple of impact bits and a nice heavy duty Flex bag.
Both beat this deal IMHO.
