Pretty good deal. Doesn't say whether it is a cadence sensor or torque sensor but at this price it doesn't matter. No clue about costumer service. Probably not much.

It's cadence sensor. Cadence sensors are great if you want to reach your destination without too much effort or sweating — perfect for commuting to work or running errands around town. It's very convenient, easy to use, and helps you stay comfortable during your ride!
