Why does the government need to make it illegal? Couldn't you just opt for something else, maybe one of the thousands of choices in the store with less or no sugar? In any event, imho, you're not missing out on anything here, this flavor is lousy. I had high hopes when I got it in the store, nobody in my family likes it, and they all like cherry coke, cherry pepsi, cherry 7-up.
