I have this, bought it because it seemed like a helpful product. But turned out somewhat disappointing. It doesn't produce enough torque to really get many jobs done quickly as I hoped. Ended up putting it down and just doing some chores by hand.
I have this too and bought it a couple of years ago when it was cheaper and came with 6 additional brushes free. While I agree that it takes longer than I'd like it to, I use it to scrub the shower stalls as well as the toilet. There are also optional brushes with soft, medium, and hard bristles or different sizes to fit the job at hand. I would not recommend using the hard brush on surfaces that may scratch. If you're not fastidious about cleaning, a water line develops in the toilet bowl and is very difficult to remove. Same goes for the grout in showers. I find this fits the bill. Additionally, after cleaning the shower stall, I shower and use it to clean spots that I may have missed. Great since it's waterproof. Shortcoming of this type of machine is that it doesn't reach corners and doesn't do well where walls meet. At this price point I think it's a good deal. Haven't seen it cheaper in quite a while.
I have found that pumice sticks work pretty well for getting rid of hard water stains on the toilet bowl. they are relatively cheap and easy to use without much hard scrubbing.

Perfect for washing the car. /s

Aside from the reservoir, why not use a variable speed drill?

The advantage over a drill is that when you activate this it stays on, you don't need to keep squeezing the trigger switch.

If you use for small amount of chemical or no moist at all drill is better since torque and speed is better than this. If you clean tires, wet carpet, and other stuff with chemical better with this kinda water resistant(batter cover too)
It's okay unit but not as good as drill so I won't recommend if you use just for car wash. Multi purpose for house cleaning and car wash both will be good choice
*also because of battery, it is heavy to use a long time 😭

I have this too...the torque is not that good.

Also very heavy with 4 Amp battery and my lower arms were hurting all day probably from the vibration or just handling it since so heavy.

Bar Keeper's Friend (liquid paste) also works, but you must dry the bowl first.

yes, but you still need a stiff brush with the BKF. normal toilet brush are not stiff enough.
