Pretty sure the regular price / MSRP is $54.99.

That's the price on LEGO.com [lego.com], Barnes & Noble [barnesandnoble.com], Best Buy [bestbuy.com], Blain's Farm & Fleet [farmandfleet.com] & Toys R Us [toysrus.com]

Even on Walmart [walmart.com], they have $54.99 as the strikethrough price showing the list price.

Target quite often leaves off the list price and just drops the price on their product pages when they have sale, so they appear to be the "regular price". Sometimes they have their "regular price" as whatever their previous sale price was.
