The retail on these wouldn't be $799 anymore, if Apple still sold them directly as new, because that's the cost of the M3 model. So this deal is lukewarm at best.

My order keeps getting cancelled with a reason: "technical issue" when trying to purchase the blue one. Anyone able to successfully able to place an order without it cancelling a few minutes later?

I'm having the same issue. I tried PayPal, CC, pickup, shipping all with no luck.

I ordered a 256GB 13" Space Gray for delivery and the Status shows Shipping now - ordered about 1.5 hours ago.

Thanks, guys? She already specified she wanted the purple one specifically when we were talking about Christmas presents last year when the sales price was $699. If it was easy as buying a purple case, I would have done it in November. My comment was just pointing out the darn tootin luck, is all.
