Tempted.... Never understood why this tool is listed as "HP"... But is always bundled with a non-HP battery.

Can anyone share if this is a good deal? I see the other post with out battery is much more popular. I do not own any Ryobi before, so I do need battery. And I need a set of grass blower, lawn mower and trimmer, will this be a good deal for me? Thank you!

amazing blower for the size.

I got this same kit from DTO for $90. Got a nice surprise when they gave me a 4ah HP battery instead of a normal one.

i would definitely go for the $80 deal without the regular battery though, imo they aren't worth $40 a piece.

I just picked up the blower and it's pretty good. Variable speed trigger is a gamechanger if you don't have one already. It emits a pretty loud/sharp wheeee sound when on full blast.

This blower is not ideal for yardwork, outside of blowing leaves/grass clippings off concrete/asphalt/pavers. It's more of a shop/spot blower. Also I recommend an HP or Edge battery over the standard one packaged here; there is a noticeable difference in power. I'd recommend ryobi 40v or their higher end HP blowers if you want to stick with Ryobi brand.

I got this for drying my car after washing over the weekend, without the battery for $70 as I have batteries from other deals. I tried drying my SUV which is regularly washed and waxed. I used the 4amp batter fully charged and this lasted about 20min till the battery was fully drained. I switched to another battery to complete the job. It did speed up the drying part, however it does not push the water like the blowers at the car wash(understandable). So on some parts of the car like roof there were a lot of tiny droplets left that dried quickly leaving tiny water spots.

I just went down this exact rabbit hole and ended up buying this guy (40V trimmer/blower combo with battery + charger) and then bought edger attachment separately. Not crazy sale, but was cheaper that way and I needed it all
