Yes, all shopping and delivery is done by Shipt. That means paying the tip scam. What's the point of membership? Store pickup is already free. This is just an extra tax. Walmart beats Target on prices, so if you're okay with the tax why would you use Target 360 over W+

Sure. Tipping is never "mandatory" - but the bad news is that it may never come with a driver never accepting the gig for low pay and when they do they'll often message asking for a tip or even wait at your door with the package and demand one.

It's a racket and not at all what they advertise it to be. Could one be ruthless and ignore all of this? Sure. But that's not really the point. The stores shouldn't put people (buyers or drivers) into this situation to begin with

I have the free 360 membership with $199 purchase, Free $10 credit for any purchase over $50, $15 credit if 2x $70+ purchases made and $25 credit for $100+ pet supplies.
Was able to combine all of them together,

$150 in purchases for $100
+
$50 in ebay gc (for $47.50)
=
Free 360 membership

There's an announcement on the Circle 360 page saying they be giving away freebies on the first of the month starting in May. https://www.target.com/l/target-c.../-/N-2rguk

I'm only $20 away from the $199, so I'll give it a try.
