I have this and it works great for gnats (I get a bunch in summer when growing food then bringing it in house.. tomatoes, peppers etc"

Have not tried it outside to see if it works well for mosquitos tho

Not worth the space — I bought these because I have a lot of indoor plants, but the yellow sticky paper placed in the pots works much better than this.

I ended up modding mine by bridging the the power button with solder so that it is always on when it has power. Then I plugged it into a smart outlet that turns on at night since the light doesn't really attract anything if everything is bright.

It won't work for mosquitos since there's nothing it has that will attract them to it. It would need standing water or a scent that mimics C02, skin odor or sweat.

They work great for gnats. They'll catch the occasional tiger mosquito but they are not great for mosquitos

May seem like a gimmick, but this is totally legit. I had an absolutely terrible fruit fly problem. This device solved it within one week along with the dawn dish soap, apple cider vinegar method.
No, it's not for mosquitos or anything like that. Great for gnats.

the best thing for mosquitos is just a box fan to blow them away - they cant overcome the fan, they dont have strong enough wings.
