i have one of these, bought it at a couple hundred dollars higher price. it qualifies for the tax credit, so youll get 30% back at tax time, with no need to itemize your return.
we used ours for the past 2 years to run the minisplit that heats/cools the garage, been a champ. also used it during 2 power outages, and a handful of camping trips to run fans and 12v coolers. have had absolutely zero issues.

I don't recommend this. Bought one over a year ago at a much higher price. Thought it was a good deal at the time. My coworker also bought one. After a few months the solar charging stops working. Contacted Oukitel about the issue and their customer service sucks. They responded once then would not respond for over a month. Only reason the responded is because I reached out to Wellbots and they made contact with Oukitel. I provided pics and videos of it not working and they send a shipping label. Sent it to them and they will not respond to multiple emails so I reached out to Wellbots again and the finally responded. Then they sent me a pic of the unit damaged and said I dropped it and they will not cover it under warranty. I packed it really well, and asked them if it something that could have happened from shipping and the said no the shipping box has no damaged and that I had dropped it and cause it to not work. So I showed them a pictures and a video of what I have already sent them before and it obviously shows there was no damaged. I got Wellbots involve again and showed them our conversation and the video and finally after months they sent it back fixed for now. A month after my frieds failed and same issue. Took a long time for response until Wellbots stepped in. So I definitely don't recommend it.

My instant water heater only consumes 50watts when on. Gas for actual heating

Huge capacity, itty bitty charging ability and inverter. Needs at least 2500W solar charging and probably 3000-5000W inverter. Good price per watt if that's all you're going for.

i avoid cheap no name stuff like this (especially at Wellbots). Customer support is practically non-existent if you have a warranty issue - no matter what the warranty period is. Further, this device has no app support or Blutooth WiFi and no indication of solar input connector type (XT60?, Anderson?). I think that a refurb Ecoflow Delta 2 Pro is about the same price on ebay store. It is 3.6kwh and 90lbs. But you will get a world class app and great customer support.

What issues have you experienced with your UGreen power stations? I got one of their 2kwh power stations from Wellbots last year and ready to use it for camping next month. My initial inspection is my UGreen could never get fully charged to 100%. The max is 99%. Of course neither UGreen nor Wellbots got back to me with an answer when I emailed to their Product Supports.

1499 for refurb OUPES 5kw 4000w inverter .

I bought 2 UGreen this past year from wellbots and i checked on warranty its good.

id prefer the higher inverter and going with the OUPES

I have one of these as a UPS for my server rack. The absolutely only flaw I've found wasn't even it's fault

I had a loose phase of power coming into my house which was dropping voltage when the coupling on my roof would heat up. This Unit was on the faulty phase and would engage as UPS correctly, but would switch back to mains even though the voltage was far too low.

Super super niche issue. It's been rock solid otherwise and I might buy a other one

Lots of people dont even use solar with these on the regular (myself included).
Besides 1000w of solar is pretty significant unless it's a mounted solution somewhere.

That's not true. The ebike I bought from Wellbots had a problem. Wellbots worked with the manufacturer to get me the part to fix it. It took a while. So long that I thought they wouldn't come through. But they did.
