This deal makes the blades $8.32 each - which in my opinion is close to the $5 bucks per blade for quality blades. I do believe the branded blades have better steel and hardening in them then the cheaper throw away Amazon special blades. There is a nice deal out there for Milwaukee blades but this is decent if you want DeWalt blades and are close to a Lowe's store or want to buy them online.

I've only used one DeWalt blade before and that was the one that shipped with the tool when I bought it. It's pretty tough and I got a lot of life out of it, but that's been a few years ago too. Maybe I just got lucky with that one. It seemed to outlast the other cheap blades I bought.

Does anyone know if these can be used with a porter-cable? Are these blades interchangeable between brands?
