Not all Vornado's are created equal, bought a cheap desk fan from them a while back, was way weaker than my off brand Walmart one, and it died after about 2 months

edit, didn't read tensepanthers post about amazon before saying the same.

We use these in the cars for the dogs, so we can use the ac without them complaining about the windows up.
