Fair response, some like to buy once and forget about it tho. But it's really good advice to use this while being an early lifter but when you move to heavier home weights like a bench pressing I would then get something professional because it's never worth it to have a cheap bench while trying to do 225.

Let's say for example you want to do simple incline dumbbell curls, dumbbell chest press , dumbbell flys, incline flys or press and it's like 50# dumbbells or less? Then I'll be confident you'll be perfectly fine.

When buying cheap don't "trust" the #800 pound limit and shoot somewhere around half whatever it says to be safe and trust reputable brands when they say their limit that's why I'm lowballing the weight and anyone being "cheap" probably just starting off and don't have a lot of weight anyway.

Good deal? I'm worried about the product quality. Can't risk quality workout for cheap equipment. Any suggestions from Pros out there? Thanks in advance.
i had this, it does the job but is wobbly, the gap is big (wobble and gap is expected for a split bench) and takes up a lot of space as its hard to move around (lot floppy parts).

For the price, its a great deal for most lifters (up to 200lbs). if you have big dreams and think you are lifting above that, go spend a lot on real equipment or go to a powerlifting gym

I ended up selling it on FB for about $40 and got a simple flat bench, and skip inclines.
