First!!!

Is this a good deal? Seems decent to me but want to run by the experts.

I have almost the same build, only difference is I have the 9800x3d, lian li 360 aio. Built mine for about $2400, but I do have the privilege of getting good parts vs whatever ram, ssd, motherboard, and graphics card they are choosing to put in there. But this is honestly not that bad of a deal, especially since you're essentially getting the graphics card for MSRP or close to it with that price.

This is a good deal. Not much difference between a 7800X3D vs 9800X3D. 9070 XT gpu is upper middle end. Rock solid 1440p card that can handle most games in 4k as well. Solid specs for what you're paying.

Yeah I came on here to say the same. I did a 9800X3D, with a 670E not 650 mobo, 1000W PSU but had to settle with a 7900XT for the moment and it ran a little north of 2000. If I could go back in time would I get this instead? Probably not, but this a decent deal if you don't want to build.

Looks like the same specs, but over $100 more vs the very recent deal directly from Skytech. I'd just wait
