Plenty of other examples. Dual head units with the dual voltage hub would actually offer significantly superior performance and battery capacity than this setup. And if you really want the "Smart Home Panel 2," which is garbage btw, just pay a bit extra to buy it. Buy a quality transfer switch instead and get much more solid and reliable performance instead of relying on their SaaS and app garbage.
It's a classic Ecoflow strategy to bundle some trinkets like their "SHP2" or terrible previous gen solar panels as "free" to obfuscate the true value of the bundle.

By the same token, why couldn't you start with the smart panel setup and just buy more batteries later on?
A quality 50A transfer switch is less than $700 AND you don't have to deal with the unreliability or the app nonsense. If EcoFlow starts charging a monthly fee for "premium features" like they have claimed they will, then you are doubly screwed because you are locked into the ecosystem with no way out.

Ultimately something significantly more powerful (240V, 30A) like the Delta Pro Ultra or competing units from other brands is best solution, or the DIY route. Because that makes less sense. You are capped at 4 kW of inverter power and have less battery capacity. 4 kW borderline doesn't make sense for hooking up to a "SHP2" due to how little power it is, unless you're trying to power a small cottege or something. It's in the awkward range between portable power stations and true home backup. Anyone with common sense could recognize this.
