Costco lessons learned. Each store has different prices it appears and they dont price match. Sticker in store was not what I got. I was going to pick up in Bloomfield, said"$1099 have 24 to get rid of", Called MAdison Heights, said "$899 have 11 left" Bloomfield wont match. Go to get the $899 one, sticker said $999, rung up $999 had to get manager to see there was a $100 rebate. Ask ask ask!

I just went in and they said 999.97, when asked about the rebate just said it's the rebate for the extended warranty -__-

I think its funny how people on Slick deals will " goose chase" items at certain stores...Walmart , Target, Costco for example and even have items hit front page when a very few people actually could get the item

But will down vote a " goose chase" at places like Best Buy

Can 100% call Costco store to ask. Don't need to go in person. Answering the phone and verifying price and stock is a service they are supposed to provide.

The $100 off rebate is the warranty. Most people won't be able to replicate that, so whatever rings up is the price. In the past, Costco Same Day Delivery would take off $100 from the total, but nothing over 58" is listed on there.

I think you're right -- I was told today that Sony authorized the drop to $999.97, which is what all Austin-area Costcos appear to have now

Got this for $999 in Phoenix, AZ as well. The $100 rebate made the 5-year Allstate warranty free. Had 14 on hand, list as $1200 on the shelf. They checked and reprinted a new tag for $999 when I asked.

they were a bit confused though since it was $999 it was below the $1000 warranty tier and should have been $69 for that warranty tier. They rang it up the $99 warranty and it worked.

I got one at south loop (chicago) no go on the warranty, had to pay $65 for it since it was under 1k
