Maybe not for an animal, but my kids will love it. The nutritional scare mongering in this thread is pretty crazy. Yes it isn't good for you, but like putting a bit of this on your pancakes once a week is not going to have any detrimental effect.

I agree, heckuva deal, just wanted to clarify there is no maple syrup in this product, as in pretty much all the major brands.

Good price. No maple syrup as said but no high fructose syrup either.

This one is corn syrup and sugar. So should be a little better than the other brands without real maple.

Lolol really funny, it lists no high fructose corn syrup, yet the first and majority ingredient is corn syrup. I would not even feed this to an animal.....

No, not the same thing. Corn syrup is primarily made of glucose, while HFCS is a processed syrup with a higher percentage of fructose. HFCS is actually created by processing corn syrup to convert some of the glucose into fructose. I would not like to consume any of them.
