Yes, this will be like a number of other Walmart laptop deals recently, and should be marked YMMV. It will show available for shipping at the WM price as long as a local store has it in stock, and "shipping" will be delivery from the local store. Otherwise you'll only see 3rd party sellers.

It was OOS but I caught the R5 at $400. Is that significantly slower than the R7? I'm not looking for a desktop replacement.
