Amazon doesn't explicitly state that it's sapphire. They do list the following model number though: 010-02582-20. When I search that, this Garmin page comes up listing it as a Sapphire edition:
https://www.garmin.com/en-CA/p/760778

So hopefully it is, but who knows.

There are a few pictures in amazon reviews that show it is the sapphire version. Worst case, I can tell you tomorrow when mine shows up lol

FYI this isn't the Pro with the flashlight and updated HR sensor. It's otherwise identical. I have this one and I'm happy with it but people with the Pro do say they can't live without the flashlight.

Is this the same model that has previously hit as low as $300? https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/1043589

That one does not appear to be sapphire.

It would, but the price wouldn't be $449. The black band/sapphire variant was available for about an hour on this deal. That was a very good deal.

Absolutely love this watch—snagged it during last year's Black Friday sale and haven't looked back. Sure, it has a few quirks: it acts a little weird in the shower, and I disabled the touchscreen early on because, honestly, the buttons are amazing and do everything I need (take that, Samsung).

One small gripe: sometimes it randomly exits Do Not Disturb or Sleep Mode during my naps—like just now, when it decided my 20-minute snooze was over and started buzzing like it had urgent business.

Still, despite the minor hiccups, it's hands-down the coolest watch I've ever owned. If you haven't tried one yet, I'd pick this over a Samsung or Apple watch any day—unless you really need to make phone calls from your wrist.
