Not Fuel. I have this and there's so little torque it's almost worthless. wont spin anything more than finger resistance.

I'm not sure where you came up with that. The non fuel makes 35ft-lbs the same as the high speed fuel, while the non-high speed does make 55ft-lbs it has a wider head so it's harder to fit in tight spaces. I own a non fuel version, it works great on light duty bolts (trim, undertrays, brackets, valve/timing covers). It's no impact gun but gets the job done in instances you aren't expecting a lot of resistance. Side note still not a good deal at this price.
