Regular price is nuts. Who would pay $28 for a mediocre ratchet and 9 sockets? You can get a ratchet + metric + SAE set for $20 from HyperTough or Pittsburgh.
I guess $11 is worth it for the ratchet if you want a spare.

Its so crazy stanley black and decker offers lifetime warranty on this. The price to ship it will cost more than a new one.
