Haven't found reviews. Sold on Amazon since 9/2024.
Seems odd in that it has multiple versions, like it's a generic name for multiple ODM products (kind of like what's happening in some cheap SSDs).
Thermaltake's site [thermaltake.com] shows two physical designs and says:
Similar: modular connectors layout, fan mode switch, ATX 3.
Different: fan / grating / case.
Unknown: internals.

Us website shows the same design as on Amazon. When I click your link, the site asks me if I want the US site instead.
PS-TPT-0750FNFAGU-3
The global(?) site seems to suggest the penultimate letter is varible:
PS-TPT-0750FNFAG*-3
Only the global site lists a model number:
TPD-750AH2FXG-3
(What's the idea having both a P/N and a model number?)
B- on SPL PSU Tier List
The SPL PSU Tier List is a community-maintained chart that ranks PC power supplies based on build quality, electrical performance, and reliability. It's used to help buyers avoid low-quality units and choose models that meet the demands of modern systems, especially for gaming or high-performance builds.
The GT's rank there is "tentative", with no indication what it's based on.
And it mentions "Version A" and "Version B", neither of which is what's sold on Amazon.com.
As far as I can tell there were no reviews of these PSUs. Any of the three versions of them.
In this case, I think the SPL list just goes based on photos of the internals that hint it's similar to the Thermaltake GF A3.
The GF A3 has two versions from two manufacturers, but like here, using the same model number. There's the version made in Vietnam [hwbusters.com], and one made in China [hwbusters.com].

Besides the current GT models, there's also an older one from 2019 or so. Maybe not called Toughpower GT but just GT:
