I bought this a few weeks ago for $399. Works great if you don't need the mop function. Use the stick vac attachment for stairs.

Bought this at full price months ago. First roomba vacuum i got. It works great has a nice mapping functionality in the app. Best part is i can use it as a stick vacuum as well. Im pretty happy with it.

My eufy vac is so ungodly loud. It's not even that good at picking things up, but you'll know from across the house, any floor, when it's turned on.

The handheld not the robot. Don't have their robot.

Very tempted to purchase. This will be my first robot vacuum. Is it easy to setup and would it trigger our alarm motion sensor if we allow it to operate while away from home?

I have had it for 2 months now. I bought it liking the 2-in-1 idea. But a few things really bug me, so I am returning mine:

1. Poor battery life. In Robot mode, it would barely last 60 minutes in standard mode on carpet. I think they advertise 120.

2. The handheld is way too short and there is no way to extend because the stick uses different-shape connector. Dumb design oversight.

3. Noise - it's very loud in robot mode.

4. Bad customer service. I bought the 100 free-trial, but when I asked to return, they wanted me to pay return shipping. I had to threaten to file BBB complaint to get them to pay for the label. And they wouldn't even consider partial refund as an option, seeing the thing has already depreciated 30% in value in 2 months. Dumb company.
