Terrific guitars, but the standards are a touch heavy for me. The Custom Cores are usually in the low 8s - but cost a lot more.

Rumor is that the recent price drops at Heritage is their new regular pricing.

Have both the Heritage H-150 and the Gibson Les Paul Standard, got to say the Heritage is the better made and playing guitar. Long neck tenon and one piece mahogany back are big pluses. Especially when you consider the Gibson both are only available on certain Customer Shop models.

Best to find a shop that carries both the Gibson and Heritage. Compare fit and finish, playability (hopefully they're set up well) and tones. When playing side by side, that's when the Heritage truly surprises and blows ya away.

I love my Gibson and Heritage guitars. Must admit, when grabbing one off the wall to play it's the Heritage which is my go to .

Harmony USA reissues are made at the Heritage factory. Lower price point but cool guitars if you're in the market. Resale may be a bit tougher though.

Serious question: Heritage or Eastman?
