Walmart's has their in-house brand blood meal for $8.47 for same size(3lb).

Either one is a good deal if you need it.

Thanks for posting. Always looking for fertilizer deals for my backyard garden, but $3 a pound is still pretty expensive. Even the regular price for Home Depot brand is about $2 a pound. The Burpee may be better quality but I doubt it. I suspect most blood meal comes from the same slaughter houses.
