There is a whole market for this called "decants". They still give them away IF you purchase x or y. Usually 4$ per 1ml MINIMUM so...

It's crazy and a bit unsettling to realize I have over half of these in full size, and the ones I don't have are because they are just generally not that well rated. Heck, a few of these you can get a 100ml bottle for the same price as the sample pack.

Agreed. It also comes with a toiletries bag which is around $12. So all those samples for around $25 is great for me.
