Note, Navigate to your account section and go to Plans & Payments, then select Cancel Plan. Some members have reported that after initiating the cancellation process, a $19.99/year offer appeared.
Please note, this offer is only available to select existing Peacock Premium customers, so it may not show up for everyone. However, many members are reporting success.

Update: My plan ($39.99 annual promo set to renew at $79.99) was set to renew 5/30 and I was offered the $19.99 annual rate when I chose to cancel. Maybe the plan you are on currently also factors in to eligibility? Either way, thanks and reps to OP and other posters.
