Exact same situation. Subscription ending soon, and didn't want to autorenew at $80, so decided to cancel.

Did not work on this end. However, my subscription is ending November 2025. I went to cancel the subscription and did not get the renewal pop up for $19.99
Oh well, I guess I will look again around Black Friday for a Peacock deal like last year's $19.99

Worked for me. Prior plan was ending 5/29. Canceled that and was offered the $19.99 deal. Accepted and received an email confirming I got another year at $19.99.

I'll wager anyone who gets the offer had a billing date less than 60 days out. The rest of you will surely get the offer before expiry time. $19.99 is what my deal was from November and it's the second time I got that from them.

Mine also expires at the end of May. Sounds like this user was not offered the retention deal - has anyone with a 5/30 plan end date successfully gotten this offer? Thanks in advance.

Update: My plan ($39.99 annual promo set to renew at $79.99) was set to renew 5/30 and I was offered the $19.99 annual rate when I chose to cancel. Maybe the plan you are on currently also factors in to eligibility? Either way, thanks and reps to OP and other posters.

I also have a end date of 5/29. Canceled and recieved nothing.
