Some areas of a particular political persuasion might well. But in most of the country, under 120 sq ft does not require a permit. You do have property setbacks to deal with, though.

I have a similar Liffetime shed from Lowes. I got on sale with added coupons for $499 before covid. Still looks great. Unfortunately the floor has hollow sections that my heavy metal shelves made a hole in at the feet. Otherwise looks great after all this time. I added pieces of plywood to help the floor.

Since it's under 120 sq ft, this can often be installed without a permit.

56" door opening. Might be able to get a riding mower in there.

It's pretty good. I've only had mine up for a month and a half but it should last a long time but IT IS A PITA to put together and their instructions suck, there is a video on youtube that is almost the same.

I fit my riding mower in my 7x7. Will definitely fit most riders. Zero turns likely to be too big.

Not true. Some jurisdictions require a permit AND may tax you on this as an extension of your property

Bought 2 years ago from Sams for 800. Totally worth it. Seems like it's 300 screws. Mentally and physically taxing to put together but also worth it and should last a long time.

I have one put up in 2019, ok so far. It's a pain to install.

Did not install perfectly and the roof leaked after a year or two. Patched up, no big deal.

Be sure to have a good level foundation that is a bit higher than surroundings before installation.

I put one up in 2007. Sold the house and I just recently drove by it's still doing great. Pain to put together but doable. I used concrete cinder blocks as the foundation. Make sure it's level and you are golden.

It's good, installed myself partly in garage and then moved peices sporadically over a couple days. It's a shed i put out in the woods on a couple tractor bucket loads of gravel and secured with 4x3ft stakes drilled interior. It's solid and super easy to put together watching video not sure what grandma commented on how hard. Hardest part is not setting your drill to over tighten metal to plastic.

The absolute most important thing with these is a level foundation. Do not expect to install this directly on grass or dirt.

Good stuff, mine is standing strong after 7 yrs. Make sure you check with HOA and town before buying it.
I build mine on top of a deck that sits on cinder blocks. The manual should have the deck plans in it.

I have two of them and only one installed, takes about 11-13 hours to put together. Not that it is hard but it has so many pieces. It is been two years now and it has hold great in the extreme heat of Arizona.

My only dislike is that it is not weatherproof, meaning that it will get dusty inside quickly. No matter how well you put it together it will let dust get inside. So if you plan on storing something that needs to be clean, you will need to cover those. But other than that I highly recommend it
