Picture indicates there is 1x ram slot. But it says 16gb max which is currently installed. So sounds like you can't upgrade but is not soldered.
Someone who owns this would be able to answer that question. Any of these with soldered-on components (that can be upgraded) should be avoided.
Key word: refurbed.

N150 supports 16GB maximum, even if it's not soldered, you can't go beyond 16
