HarborFreight is better for 10-13 when on sale. Eitherways to get calibrated wrench, tekton or icon from HF is better price.

IMHO, not necessarily better than going by feel. I don't know this particular wrench, but many people with the HF equivalent find that it doesn't noticeably click and they end up overtorquing or breaking their bolts. If they'd been using a normal wrench they probably would've stopped before getting to the breaking point, but went beyond what they otherwise would've thought was reasonable because they were relying on the torque wrench to tell them when to stop and it never did.

There are a few tools you don't want to skimp on and a torque wrench is one of them.My main 1/2" is a Britool made in the UK. Never out of spec.My others are CDI which makes Snap On and they are excellent.I did get a Tekton 1/2" and it is also pretty spot on. I do have a torque meter to make sure.If you store it right they will stay in spec for the most part.

Amazon basics... good enough...If Your not working on the space shuttle.

Expect to gears to loose teeth eventually and the spec to be +/- 15%

Do you mean Pittsburgh? I don't think I've ever seen Tekton at HF…
Pittsburgh is HF's low tier and Icon is their good tier for tools.
Tekton isn't a HF brand, but you can get it online or at big box store.. I think Home Depot caries them. I can vouch for the Tekton brand torque wrenches, they are a good quality. That said, for any serious work you'd ideally want to be able to have a wrench calibrated yearly. But I trust the Tekton well enough for occasional use out of the box.

Proper care is a big part of keeping any click type torque wrench properly calibrated. Always store in the lowest setting.

I can see that you make a fatal mistake of judging based only on just a name and not by actual experience with a product and manufacturer.
I have numerous products that are produced under the "Amazon Basics" name (including several hand tools) and every one of them far exceeds the norm of build quality and perfect tolerances, with each showing very quality materials and machining used in their build.
I'll let you know when I come across a crappy built product from Amazon Basics, because so far, it hasn't happened or even been close.

Aww c'mon. I hope even you could muster up a measly 18 lbs pulling force on that 11" handle.
If you knew what inch-lbs meant, then you'd realize that about 18 lbs of pulling force on that handle will provide 200 in-lbs of torque.

Doesn't inch-lbs mean skip this unless you are working on a bicycle?

I always tighten without the use of a wrench like this. Never had problems. Wheels never flew off my car.

I have a '74 Z (pictured on left) and once in awhile, I have a bolt that need a very low torque. Its at the low end on my 3/8 wrench range which means that the accuracy is not great. The highest accuracy of torque wrenches is at the mid range since these wrenches have a one-point calibration. At low torque, it is difficult to get torque right by feel.

Frankly, I had the low cost HF 1/4 and 3/8ths wrenches, but breaking bolts trusting both of those I upgraded to more reliable brands. Anything with a spec below 20 ft/lbs is hard to get by feel and easy to seriously overshoot, so if the tool doesn't do the job for you, it's way easier to mess it up.
Breaking a M6 bolt in a fender isn't a big deal. Breaking an M6 bolt in a cylinder head is an entirely different level of pain, so I guess it depends on what you're working on.

Exactly this. If all you're doing is torquing your lug nuts, no name brand wrenches are fine.
