Only Prime members. So, you're already paying $180 or whatever, plus this extra $3.98. Probably be cheaper just to go to Hot Topic this month and get one of their codes for a free month that they are always giving away. And you might want to change the price in the title. It's a little misleading. It's not $1.99 for two months, it's $3.98 total for two months.
