Does this have snapshot smart notification? I don't like it when you have to subscribe for it to have it

The problem with the 2-pack is that if one unit is defective of the 2, they both need to be put in the double box and sent back for replacement under the free returns. It's not 2 in single boxes that are sent. Seems like it's best to buy singles 2 for 40bux if that matters.

I have four of these. You need a microSD card. Tapo app includes in-depth adjustments for motion sensitivity and notifications. No subscription required if you use your own memory card. It does use a designated AC adapter, not USB.

What exactly is that?

I think that's the biggest question for any WIFI security cam is what's free and what requires $.

I'm still using YI, notification and 5 sec video is still "free" but the begging for sub is getting so annoying it's almost not worth it anymore.

After being setup with the Tapo app they are easy to use with Blue Iris.

Just keep in mind these cameras lack built-in AI like you would find on the C120, and instead rely on simple motion detection for events. Also, a little short of 1440p. Worth the price difference IMO, you just miss out on the pan & tilt feature.

I have Poe setup but all of these types of camera (WiFi based) don't use Poe. Let me know if you find any.

Several Tapo cameras have POE. I have several 320CS and 520CS that has pan/tilt. I love the Tapo ecosystem. Very easy to setup and use. You can also use it with Blueiris. No subscriptions necessary. I can't wait for the newer 4k 8mp models to come out.

Tapo products have seemed surprisingly good in my experience, though each model can vary.
These support both ONVIF and RTSP so you should be able to use Blue Iris / whatever easily.
