I had the cookies and cream version of this and can testify that it is gross. I'm going to make my way through it because I'm Frugal but that's the only reason

Really garbage quality protein. It's 35% of your daily value of cholesterol in a single scoop; 70% DV of Cholesterol for advertised 60g of Protein (2 scoops). Idk how people are still buying this in 2025.

Don't buy this garbage. There was someone on a Reddit thread who tested various protein powders. Body Fortress was near the bottom. They claim that it is 76% protein but it only measured 41%.

damn, i like it lmao. i have their chocolate right now cause i got it on clearance at meijer but maybe im the weirdo then cause i really enjoyed the cookies and cream - whereas like myprotein i really don't like their flavors at all
