I had the cookies and cream version of this and can testify that it is gross. I'm going to make my way through it because I'm Frugal but that's the only reason

I've bought the vanilla and strawberry, and they're pretty good/ fine. I think with these, the more basic the flavor the easier it is not to screw up.

Also, FYI since the packaging can be misleading- it's either 18 servings of 30g (1 scoop), or 9 servings of 60g (2 scoops.)

Double confirm and I can't bring myself to throw it out. It sits in my pantry mocking me.

šŸ˜‚ Yup! I was like not today pal, you're going down. It sat there for a few more weeks after that... After taking enough Ls I was like that's it. It's been a shake a day with PB and other flavors to cover it.

Really garbage quality protein. It's 35% of your daily value of cholesterol in a single scoop; 70% DV of Cholesterol for advertised 60g of Protein (2 scoops). Idk how people are still buying this in 2025.

You can get GOOD isolate cheaper on a regular basis. If your trying to gain weight and don't care about cholesterol have at it but not a good deal either.

It is garbage for a lot of reasons. However, cholesterol is a misunderstood fat. Human cholesterol levels are NOT directly impacted by consumption of cholesterol. The real issue is all the unhealthy fillers. Only 2/3 of this product is protein.

If you're young and need cheap somewhat clean protein this is fine. The chocolate is by far the best. This is a supplement. Even the best, super 'clean' grass fed whatever is still inferior to protein from real food. Get as much protein as you can from real food. Unless you're a gym god or pro athlete you don't need to use powder long term every day anyway. Get it young kings. Live clean. Get the girls. Make babies. Thrive.

Wait until you see how much cholesterol is in one egg.
