Similar discount to getting these from Costco, but probably a bit quicker to add them to the app since they're in $25 denominations instead of $15.

Scammy company. My guess is they are literally just harvesting your contact info. Went through a lot of hoops just to get to the point where I could check out and then I get this in an email.

We are sorry, but we are unable to finalize your order number OCN88xxxxxx at this time. Our process review was unable to confirm the validity of your payment.

Your account has not been charged, however, it may take several days to remove the pending transaction from your statement.

Just keep this in mind. When you use a Subway gift card and it isn't enough to cover your charge, it won't work. You will need to add funds to the gift card first, usually in $10 increments. It's a gift card you'll never completely deplete. Burger King also does this.

I am sure, they don't want to sell at that sale price around here.

Not true-you can combine Subway gift cards on this site:

https://www.subway.com/en-ca/prof...entmethods

Log in and then it allows you to add another gift card, and then the option appears to allow you to do the transfer.

LOL....that's the exact same thing I said, homeboy. The point is that no matter what you do, you'll always have a gift card unless you try to zero it out with a purchase. Modern systems don't do this and will allow a second method of payment like a credit card.

The point is to not have any money tied up to one of their gift cards and feel obligated to keep going back.

Select the secondary payment first, then you'll have the option to use the gift card as well. It's clunky but I've done it several times when getting $5-$10 gift cards.

My card was instantly available directly from the receipt after purchase -- no need to wait for email. I did have an established egifter account, though.
