It's $8.98 for a 4 pack at Sam's club and consists of much bigger bottles than this deal. 2 - Tomato Ketchup 32 oz.1 - Sweet Relish 26 oz.1 - Yellow Mustard 28 oz.

High Fructose Corn Syrup (aka diabetes in a bottle) in the ketchup.

Hard pass.

No more or less healthy than sugar, which is what would replace it in pretty much all food stuffs if/when we stop subsidizing corn farmers

High fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is worse than sugar because it has more fructose, which your liver turns into fat faster—raising the risk of fatty liver, obesity, and diabetes. It doesn't make you feel full, so you overeat. It harms you by causing insulin resistance over time.

The liver turns excess fructose into fat, which causes inflammation and insulin resistance, setting the stage for type 2 diabetes.

That is why HFCS is banned everywhere else in the world. Don't believe me? Do your own due diligence.

But we DO need to stop subsidizing corporate corn farmers. That is the real reason HFCS is so ubiquitous in the USA, along with ethanol tainted gasoline.

The "Simply" version of Heinz ketchup does NOT contain HFCS or artificial sweeteners. The Costco version of this multi pack has the Simply ketchup in it.
