I bought this a couple months ago when it went on sale. I honestly hated it. The batteries lasted a maximum of 6 hrs. Not sure if I had a defected set but swapping batteries after every session and sometimes mid session was annoying. The Steelseries app was also really annoying. Had to change input and output everytime I booted up. I ended up giving it away and bought a HyperX instead with 500hrs of battery life. Haven't charged it in 2 months and still at 50%

I purchased the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless and I agree with you for the most part. The headset has some nice features. I like being able to use them simultaneously on my phone and on my computer, I like the ability to adjust the game/voice chat volume on the fly with the hub, the replaceable battery is nice, etc. But my goodness, the SteelSeries app is frustrating. Of course, Windows (11 specifically?) could also be partially to blame, but yeah. I need to fix my headset/mic settings waaaaaaaaaaaaay too frequently, which is not something you hear from the reviewers. The software is just NOT good.
I've had this headset since 2019. Still an excellent audio experience and the most comfortable headset I have to this day. I've purchased newer headset from Steel Series for noise cancelation, but still opt to use this one because it's so comfortable. I've purchased new batteries once from Steel Series website to refresh the run time on those. The wireless transmitter has optical in, so if your TV has optical audio port you can use it as one headset for every input on your TV.
