can you get $20 for ink, $20 for united and $10 for co-brand or you get only the maximum, not the sum?

Is this benefit for each card with Instacart work once per lifetime or once per year? Like how often do these card gives you free Instacart + membership to use with $20 credit? Only three month per card ever?
