I got this exact same 12 tool combo for $385+tax but from DTO in mid 2023. Screenshot attached.

Yup. Everything is more expensive now for absolutely no reason. Bad thing about the inflation excuse..... it never deflates

All of these combo kits and they don't ever seem to toss in a ratchet. SMH.

It does say yours was a factory blemish, though... was the condition basically new? That's a hell of a deal if so.

Yes and it was brand new and registered in Ryobi site for 3 years warranty too. Everything works good. While I live in Dallas, TX, every time I go to Houston, TX, I add new collection from a reseller there who sells Ryobi (& other such brands for dirt cheap) like Ryobi cordless stapler for $20, Expand-It string trimmer for $30, Ryobi 40v 4Ah battery for $40, it's fast charger for $10 and so on. Really love Ryobi tools as a basic DIYer in the house.

Ryobi has an exclusive retail deal with Home Depot. But they have the ability to sell non-brand new tools via an outlet at Directtoolsoutlet. The two types are "Factory Blemished" (ie: brand new but marked like that to be non-new per exclusivity) or else Refurbished aka "Factory Reconditioned" (returns from customers/problematic tools that have been fixed).
Directtoolsoutlet sometimes has almost unreal deals, sometimes it's just a few bucks less to the point I'd probably buy straight retail from my local Home Depot instead of drive an hour to the outlet.

They should call this the "buy once cry once" package

This set would be almost perfect for a DIY woodworker if you replace the impact wrench with a compact trim router. You'd basically have a whole wood shop.

I have no problem with brushed tools but in general the ryboi brushed line is of lower quality than their brushless line. Save your money for brushless if you are going ryobi

Dunno why you got downvoted. I 100% agree. Their brushed stuff is very weak compared to brushless.

Cuz some people are clowns. The only brushed ryobi tools I'd buy are like the tire inflator or beach ball inflator. Or some tool I'm not going to use often.

Their brushless line is on par with ridgid tho imo
