Good deal. 45W is still a pain to find affordable chargers for at scale. Not as bad as a few years ago, but you can't get larger quantities for cheap without Aliugh.

If you need 3 chargers yes. Or if you want to resell the 45Ws. Per watt is cheaper than $27 for 100W yes. As I said, this is more like a combo price than a deal. The 100W is very heavy and won't stay in a wall outlet, that's why you only see them plugged into power outlet on the floor in the photos. There's a reason for it.

Buying for my college kid. Keep the 100W at their apartment and bring a 45W in their backpack to charge whatever device necessary while on campus.

This is a good idea, but here's a tip that may be helpful to some people: almost no electronics these days have three-pronged plugs unless the cord is very very long. If you take a three-pronged extension cord you run into the possibility of not having a grounded outlet somewhere (though that's getting rarer). Your second one is two-pronged but only 1 foot long and has only one outlet. Where I live, you can find 8-12 ft two-pronged extension cords at walmart for under $5, with three outlets. I bought one and keep it wrapped up for travel and it comes in handy both for the heavy wall brick issue, but also for distance and having extra outlets. It's been a life saver a few times and I found it one of the highest bang-for-the-buck purchases I've ever made.

Three chargers? Christ. What're you powering, a neonatal ICU or a dorm room full of vape pens? If you've got to buy three chargers for a life that barely needs one, you deserve the existential dread of knowing these are not UL listed (or whatever ETL/TUV etc would certify reliable chargers).
The 100W should be a bit better than the others as Chinese regulations are more stringent for these - but again, why do this to yourself?
