Is it difficult to set up?
How well does it tolerate sun?

Silly question, but do you need a solid foundation like one that you'd use for a shed? Or is level soil okay?

Definitely recommend this. Also makes assembly much easier. I used pressure treated wood and plywood.

I bought the Costco version (for $100 more) and it was surprisingly easy to assemble. Design of the door hinges is a bit weird but functional. Printed instructions are fairly easy to follow, but there are YT videos you can follow. Only had it for about 2 weeks so let's see how well it holds up in the Texas heat.

I used 6 24"x24" stepping stones from HD. Around $60

Will this deteriorate after a few years from extreme weather elements?
Have to buy a new one every 10 years?

You don't get much other than a simple shed. The set up wasn't too challenging. Does require minimal assist from a 2nd person to hold the walls but can be held up with a handtruck while you attach the walls together. Took me about 2 hours by myself at night to put together. I put 4' H x 3' W x 2' D plastic shelving inside. It has "lock loops" on the door handles to place a padlock but I ended up installing a door hasp with a twist knob. The two locking latches, top and bottom that keep the door closed work but the top latch does not have enough friction to stay in place. I also installed a solar light bulb when I have to get stuff out of the shed at night. Still holding up like new after 3 years.

Not a bad deal. We got one last year. The hinges are god awful though. One of the doors on ours is starting to come off so I need to reinstall it or check the screws

Just bought this from Menards this past weekend. $350 was already as cheap as I've seen this; the additional 11% rebate (in store credit) was a nice bonus.

It's not a huge shed, so I built a foundation. Put that inside a crib filled with leveled stone and some pavers I had on hand. This was much easier than leveling the ground, and the foundation dries out way faster than if it sat on earth. The shed is secured to the foundation per installation instructions.
