Paid $191.99 May of '23. At the time I was happy just to have it back under the original msrp.

Great, great set for display. However, kinda regretting not waiting a year and getting the newer, smaller R2 and using the savings on the C3PO to pair them together.

This LEGO Star Wars set, 75308, is marked as "Retiring Soon" on the official LEGO website. It's recommended to buy it if you're a Star Wars fan, as it may become harder to find and more expensive after retirement.

I'm gonna be honest. This was not my favorite build. It's very cool on display but the newer one is easier to find a place for and overall a more enjoyable build experience.

Not to mention, it's almost impossible to disassemble in the order it was assembled due to the way the legs fastened to the body.
